Right of withdrawal and return policy


You must have the opportunity to see and feel Little Llama's wonderful products and therefore you can order the item(s) in Little Llama's web-shop safely and in good order.

There is a 14-day full right of return on goods purchased on the website, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order. The 14 day period starts on the day the order is delivered.

You bear any return costs yourself. When the customer makes use of the right of cancellation, he bears the costs of sending the item back, as well as the risk of shipping the item and its condition, as a result of proper packaging. It is at the customer's risk that the item is safely returned to Little Llama. You must send the package back so that it can be tracked, i.e. you and Little Llama can follow the package and we will acknowledge the package when it is received. If the item is, for example, sent back as a letter, Little Llama therefore disclaims all responsibility and will not refund money if the package is lost during shipping and without insurance. Please note that we do not receive packages sent by cash on delivery or without distribution.

Requests for cancellation must be communicated to us no later than 14 days after delivery and reach us no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your use of the right of cancellation.

Requests to use the right of withdrawal must be given by email info@littlellama.dk . In the notification, your wish to use the right of withdrawal must be clearly stated.


You are liable for the deterioration in the value of the goods due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, properties and function of the goods. This means that you must try the product in the same way as if you shopped in a physical store.

If the item has been tried on in addition to what is described above, it is considered used and of diminished value. This means that if you cancel the purchase, you will get a smaller part or none of the purchase amount back. It is up to Little Llama to assess the condition of the goods.


You will of course get the full purchase amount back if you regret your purchase of an item - excluding delivery costs. In the event of a decrease in value of the item, caused by the customer or return shipment, this is deducted from the purchase amount.

Repay the amount no later than 14 days from the date on which we received the item and will be refunded as a starting point to the same means of payment with which the purchase was made, or to your bank account.


There is a 2-year warranty on products in accordance with the Danish Sales Act. The right to complain applies to all defects in material and manufacturing.

Complaint regarding errors and defects must be reported to Little Llama within a reasonable time after receipt of the goods. Here the max. two months as a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed. Little Llama covers the return costs to a reasonable extent. The complaint is waived in the event of incorrect or unusual operation of the product.
